To maintain the desired quality and offer the digital transformation needs that all companies are facing, Smartwork, together with international partners, offers bootcamps with the best lectures and IT professionals that help our staff in sharping their knowledge and attract new talents in the market to join our teams. Our goal is to organize at least 2 Bootcamps per year and to contribute as much as possible to the growth of young professionals.
Participants not only get certified after a successfully passing test but also are offered career opportunities from partnered companies delivering the bootcamp. The training programs are free of charge for all participants!

In partnership with AMD, Smartwork offered a training on salesforce programming languages under the leadership of Smartwork developer team leader.
Bootcamp on Java – Fall 2018 and 2st edition Winter 2019
A training program, which offered an opportunity to all young professionals passionate about technology and innovation. Organized for the first time in the country by Smartwork, a vibrant and fast-growing ICT enterprise, in collaboration with Deloitte Albania & Kosovo, Forward and Armundia Factory.
